Poor packaging. No stuffing to keep the shape of the bag, was shipped folded and therefore resulted in many creases and dents. The gold hardware on the sides are askew. And there are some areas with glue residue. The quality of the bag is okay; matches the price. Feels stiff and needs to be broken in. Zipper is decent. Stitching and glazing is neat. Lining is cute and the inside pocket is collared which I appreciate. Overall it's a decent bag, handy, and I like that the strap can get pretty short. I also had my eye on a few other colours, but I wish the packaging was better. Not sure if it's worth the time and hassle to try and fix the shape should I decide to purchase more.
